Sadness, feeling down, having a loss of interest or pleasure in daily activities – these are Symptoms familiar to all of us. But, if they persist and affect our life substantially, it may be depression.
Now a days, this is most common disease and mostly people are suffering from it. It is the major cause of mental illness which mainly cause by our own thoughts. In this modern era students are the tremendous victim of this killing disease because they feel that they don’t have any other option beside this.
There are a number of things people can do to help reduce the symptoms of depression. For many people, regular exercise helps create positive feeling and improve mood. Getting enough quality sleep on a regular basis, eating a healthy diet and avoiding drugs can also help reduce symptoms of depression.
I can accept failures Because everyone is fail at something But I can’t accept those are not trying So try to do ,Don’t think that you can’t do this thing because when you start doing that thing with passion or interest ,It will teach you that being human being we can do anything ….!
Your life is like a heavy cart which is full of responsibilities. You have to pull it by yourself. And when there are speed breakers (hurdles) your family and teachers are behind to give you a push, to pass that hurdle. But If you put it down,then no push will help you to move it.
So be careful about your Responsibilities because Life is yours and choice is yours.
